Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Postage & Packing are charge at a flat rate of £4.95, unless other wise said.

For orders outside of UK mainland, please contact us for a quotation.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2/4 business days, most items will need to be signed for. Pond filters and quarantine tanks which are sent direct from manufacturer. Please allow 5-10 days for these items, once order we will be able to give approx delivery schedule.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit card payments are handled by RBS WorldPay (Streamline)

Webnetics UK will appear on your credit card statement.

Returns or Damaged Policy

Our 7 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrinkwrap intact) and we will issue a refund minus the full cost of the postage of the order and if we have arrranged to picked-up the order from your address. If the customer decideds to send the item back them selfs, this will be at there own express.

Returns address is not the same as our contact address. Any goods sent to this address will be rejected unless authrosied by us. Please contact us so we can give you the correct returns address.

Credit card Payments, once payment has been taken, we reserve the right to charge a 2.5% administration charge for a refund.

We are under no obligation to supply at any advertised price, and reserve an increases and ommisions policy.

Goods returned after the 7 day cooling off period will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Prices on our site, we strive to update our prices as regularly as possible, however, on occasions are subject to change reflecting manufacturers increases. If there is an increase in a products price, you will be informed on placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are deemed faulty. If items are being returned due to any reason other than damage (within 48 hours from signing for the order), faults or a mistake by Koi Supplies Direct you will be liable for the delivery costs back to us. This does not affect your consumer statuary rights. To arrange a return or further information, please email info@koisuppliesdirect.com Please include your order ID in all correspondence.

If goods are damaged transit we should be notify within 48 hours from signing of the order from our delivery people or yoou should refuse to sign for the order. All orders will be replaced with new items or a complete refund issued to the purchaser. We cannot accept any damaged goods after the first 48 hours once the customer has signed for the order.
